I Got Nothin'

Yeah, writer's block! In the spirit of crappy comics, I'll just throw out some HEE-LARIOUS little thoughts and musings. Laugh it up, people, this is as good as it gets:
  • Men can't cook
  • Mothers-in law are mean
  • Kids say the darndest things
  • Huge-ass dogs are funny
  • If you ask your boss for a raise, he will say NO
  • Teenagers are surly
  • Women are crazy freaks who obsess over bathing suit season
  • Wives are battle-axes, secretaries are hot
  • Men are lazy slobs
  • Neighbors borrow your stuff and don't return it
  • Kids ask their parents for money

That's funny stuff, right there.

I'm still just so happy that the Wall Street Journal has caught on to the crap that is the "funny" page. I can feel it: this is a revolution getting ready to sweep America! We are at the tipping point! Soon there will be no more Dennis! No more Family Circus! No more Hagar! Or not.

Don't get your hopes up, yesterday my two officemates were actually laughing at Dennis the M. The dinosaur strips will never, ever die. (sob)

What, pray tell, were they laughing at?

They were laughing at poor, fat, decrepit Mr. Wilson!! He couldn't touch his toes!! Mrs. Wilson has to tie his shoes. HA HA HA HA!!!

I can't believe I left that off my list of "funny" comic things. Old people are decrepit. It's lately been a running gag on For Better or For Worse.

Normally they have pretty good taste in comics, Zits, PBS, Pickles even, but DENNIS!?!?! I was horrified.

Once they start cutting out the best Family Circuses, and posting them in their offices cubicles or whatever ,you know its time to quit.

I swear, any teacher or coworker I see puts up a Family Circus cartoon outside their office door, I'm tapin' a George comic strip over it.
