How about the doctor's eyebrow-waggling, Austin Powers' "Yeah, baby!" expression in Panel 2? It's so suggestive it makes Becky blush in Panel 3!

a) With a congratulatory grin
b) With a dispassionate yes
c) With a lascivious leer
Becky! Get a new OB! Dr. Leery McLeerfield's thinking, "You may only have one arm, but the REST of you seems to be working just fiiiiine. Yeah, baby!" And: ew.

If he's going to be casting those looks at his patients, Doc truly needs a "rug" with a curly perm to go with his convertible. The balding look doesn't go with his buff arms in the short sleeves.
(Are we sure which answer she just heard? Maybe she's holding her tummy out of blessed relief that it was just indigestion.)

Seems to me that this is simply weak drawing--the artist intended a gentle, fatherly smile like the doctors on old TV shows, and just didn't get it. Overcome with emotion, the woman suddenly morphs into a "how to draw manga" girl for the final blush (or is it embarrassment? Or pain? Or...)
